Well here is the current installtion in progress. There will be new pictures every couple of days.

Picture of the Intercooler and brackets that I made for the custom front mount install.

Now these pictures are of my intercooler tubing. The pipes are going to be red and the conections are going to be blue. All the connectors are from High Temp Silicone I have the following:
6 - 2.25" ID Blue Silicone 90� Elbow
3 - 2.25" ID Blue Silicone 45� Elbow
1 - 2.00"/2.25" ID Blue Silicone/Aramid Transition (this is to connect to the turbo)
1 - 2.25" x 3" ID Blue Silicone Coupler
20 - Stainless T-Bolt Clamp for 2.25" ID hose
1 - Stainless T-Bolt Clamp for 2.00" ID hose

Here is where I cut into the sheet metal next to my radiator. I used some of that door molding you can buy at Auto Zone to put on the rough edges.
