After searching for over a year for the right thirdgen F-Body, my dream of owning one came true. On August 1, 1997, I purchased my first car, a 1991 Pontiac Trans Am GTA. The car had only 90,000 km on it and had always been stored during the winter. The car has a 305 TPI with a 4 speed auto and is bright red with black cloth interior. It has T-Tops, all power options, and factory am/fm cassette with equalizer. It was also 100% bone stock.
After I bought the GTA, I had GM Vintage Services Canada document the vehicle. I found out there were only 483 sold in Canada in 1991. Total GTA production in 1991 was approximately 2,518 units. One of best parts about owning this car (other than the performance) is the rarity and collectability of it. The 1991/92 body style is becoming harder and harder to find.

I was in university when I purchased the car, so I did not have any money to do performance upgrades, just enough to properly maintain it. Now that I am finished school, I have started modding it.
So far I have done the following mods:
SLP Catback Exhaust
SLP Performance Parts
Third Gen Resource 3.5" Cold Air Induction

Third Gen Resource
SLP Air Foil

SLP Performance Parts
Throttle Body Coolant Bypass
