I bought this car dirt cheap for 4500$ at local auction. i wanted either MB 190, 300E, or BMW 325, 525... smth like that, and came accros this bad ass... So far it`s the best investment I`ve made..
It has V8 4.0 282 HP engine, brand new tranny, (got on eBay from http://www.phoenixhardparts.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv - those guys doin a great job - highly recomended !!) new oxygen sensors stock cassette player (not working after battery drained out) The biggest "upgrade" that I`ve made so far is "518" badge on trunk.. :)) For those who don`t know - 518 is one shitty 5 series E34 BMW, it has lame 4 cylinder 1.8 90 hp engine, ( ehm.. to move 4000 lbs??) available only in Europe.
So I put 518 to make people wonder what a hell is that..... This is the sweetest and the best car I ever had. I had 3 Toyota Celicas 86-89 (love `em), MB 190E`87 and a 1990 Nissan 240 SX.
freeway and kick gas to the floor... The car pushes like there`s no tommorrow wach that speedo needle jump up to 100 mp/h in couple seconds...
