This was a great bike but it tried to kill me.

New Year's Eve 2003 I was riding to Home Depot when this idiot pulled out in front of me. I freaked out and jammed the front brake and went flying over the handlebars. The sad thing is I missed the car but my bad riding threw me off.

I broke 5 ribs, my elbow, dislocated my shoulder, and sprained both wrists.

I got a Care Flight ride to Parkland in Dallas.

Not my most memorable New Years Eve.

A man's got to know his limitations, so I sold the bike and quit riding.
