The Engine Bay

Wide shot. It's not perfect, but I've had to work through what the previous owner had let the engine bay become. You can see the poor plug-wire routing, as well as hints of my augmented ground wires.

Good shot of the HKS pieces. The filter adapter is accutally a cast alluminum piece. Nice and smooth air path into the VAF unlike the ebay piece I had before. Closeups to come soon.

HKS SSQV blow-off, too. Painted it black due to some previous damage. OEM Bypass-valve is blocked off, so I run through the SSQV only. No stalls, no stumbling, just a well adjusted "Screee!" durring shifts (and light backfiring once in a while on a warm day on medium throttle shifts).

Yeah, so you probably notcied the red valve cover, too. Felt like the engine compatment needed a little flair. All the DOHC guys get to have cool looking valve covers, I just wanted one too. Now I need a cool looking oil cap...
