The AFTER/Primered Page
UPDATED!!!!
Newest pics on top.

Theese are pics of the car after all the body work done and primered. I primered this car so many times it wasn't even funny lol. It had to be done tho to get a nice base for paint due to the shape of the old junk rattle can job that was on it when I got the car. I primered it after the bondo work was all done then wet sanded w/ 220. I found other spots that needed attention like low spots or bad scratches from sanding the body filler off. So I then either applied a small amount of body filler and then spot putty or just glazing and spot putty if they were'nt too bad. After doing that I reprimed the car then once again wet sanded w/ 400 grit paper this time. Found the rest of the scratches and other places that needed to be worked out a lil better so I refilled them w/ spot putty. Mainly due to being rushed to get done and excited to see it al primered, and due to the spot filler shrinking a lil over about a week or so after it's first applied so that's the reason for goin over it so many times.
Better quality fillers won't do this but when you work on a budget you gotta go w/ what u can get and afford.
On the other hand being your own car you want to be a perfectionist alot or at least try your best to make everything perfect the way I did.
So on he final primer I wet sanded down w/ 1000 grit and she was ready for paint.

Theese are the pics of the 2nd homemade grill for the car. The first was made like a tube grill and didn't look all that great so we got some mesh and got creative and made some ram air screens, grill and some matching park/turn light covers.

Man when the time comes I should get you and your dad to help me with my Monte:). Man that Camaro is off the charts! You did a bang up job. If your Monte comes out half as good as this car it will be a street stunner!

Sweet ride man I love what you did with the hood scoop. I found your post on a forum and was wondering if you ever had problems with the area around the scoop cracking? I've seen many ppl try to put their own hood scoops on and it cracks within a few months or after the winter. Does the Bondo-Glass filler do a good job of holding the edges down so they don't crack? How is your hood holding up through the winter? Thanks man, Kyle.
