First some info on the car. Its an 82 Capri RS 5.0 T top car. It has a 92 5.0 HO long block and a comp cams 270H cam. Has long tube headers (that are leaky and need to be replaced), Holley "contender" dual plane and a crappy Edelbrock 600.

When I got the car it made 187rwhp (pretty damn good considering stock at the flywheel in 82 was only 150HP) and 265tq with a few huge header leaks aswell as an intake leak and a poorly running carb and miset timing. Don't even get me started on the exhaust. Its a "custom" crush bent pile of ass that has cats and no flow balance tube (ie H or x pipe). So I'm happy it even makes the power it did. Its stronger now that i've fixed some of the header leaks and the the intake leak as well as tuned the carb a little and set the timing. In the spring i have a Edelbrock performer intake to throw on, and i'm replacing the exhaust asap with a 2.5 duals with an H pipe and flowmasters.
