R.I.P.
Ok, heres what happend. i was at the local street races and was driving back from seeing some friends going the speed limit...which is 35 mph. Then all of a sudden i got hit head on by a 91 Civic Hatch. I woke up about 200 feet from where the wreck happend still in my car but with my foot still on the gas pedal. well to make a long story short, about 40 rescue personal (cops, ambulance, and fire) showed up. the passanger hit the windshield and the driver well lets say the police report says that alcohal was involved in his part. just so eveyone understands, he was in my lane, had failed to yield to on coming traffic, had no headlights on, and was under the influence, suposedly. The car got totalled out. the wreck happened June 19th and i to the date, aug. 4th, i still have no money for the wreck...lets just say don't get in a wreck with a person who has USAA because that insurance company won't work with the VICTOMS.
UPDATE:well, they finally got back with us on the pay off...i get only 12k plus the wrecked car...I still have to pay off my car, $6600, seems like i got jipped on the deal and leaving me with only around $5400. It sucks!
