To make from an IC an FMIC
Originaly the InterCooler is on top of the 4A-GZE engine. If I would liked this on my car I had to cut a hole in the hood. This I did'nt want. There for I hang the InterCooler in front of the radiator.
Original engine and IC:
At a local metall store I bought 50 mm diameter aluminium pipes and bends. You could also try metall recicle stores.
For the flexible couplings I bought coolant hose in the same diameter and cut them to length:

If you look closely you can see that the radiateur has to be tilted a bit towards the engine to make room for the tubes:
TheIC has been secured with a piece of steel from the hood latch.

Voor extra koeling ga ik ook een watersproeier op de IC zetten:
Ik heb uit een sloop Honda het ruitensproeier reservoir met pompjes gehaald (blauwe dop tweede foto)
Dit moet ervoor zorgen dat ook op een hete zomerdag de IC goed zijn werk kan doen.
Ondertussen heb ik de IC gereinigd en van een nieuw laagje lak voorzien;
Maar niet voordat hij enigszins is aangepast (2e foto). Ik heb het linkerbuisje iets verdraaid zodat ie beter aangesloten kan worden.
ook de rest van de buizen heb ik aangepast (verbinding met de motor en SuperCharger);
En natuurlijk ff gepolijst.
