killing sound... The Truck Back half of cab Door before Rear door before Plastics stripped Deadening inner skin 4-5 layers Deadening inner skin 4-5 layers Deadening outer skin 2 layers, after door photos were taken i fabricated galvanized steel plates to cover the large door holes, and then another layer of raammat was placed over that... Deadening outer skin 2 layers Deadening ceiling 2 layers Deadening Rear wall 2-4 layers, seats gone... rear wall redone right! Deadening floor/firewall 2-4 layers25 hours, and just over 280sq ft of raam mat(over 120 lbs) later...
Sound deadening yet to be completed...1. reinforcing doors 2. layer of ensulite over raammat3. upholstering plastics4. acoustical foam?
edit: just bought a thick rubber matting material(70 shore 1/4" thick neoprene rubber matt actully) and as well as a sheet of some 6mm foam neoprene both of which ill experimenting around the truck with...
