The picture on the left is the TRD quickshifter linkage next to the old linkage (grey) the picture on the right is when I was installing it in my Matrix to give an idea of the amount of work entailed. Finally below is a picture of what it looks like all done. Here are a few more just interior shots with a lot of plastic pieces off.

Eventually I decided to get a much shorter throw quickshifter, meaning a more race inclined short shifter. I never had any problems with the TRD quickshifter and still recommend it for anyone not wanting to spend to much on a shifter. Anyways below is a photo on the upper left of the two shifting units compared, the upper right is the TWM shifter on its own, the bottom left is the TRD quickshifter height and the bottom right is the TWM shifter height, the TWM is noticably shorter throws and height I strongly recommend it. Oh yeah the bottom center photo is a picture during install.

The only fluid I put in my transmission and highly recommend for other manual XR's out there, Redline MT-90 fluid.

Here is the RPS flywheel which I absolutly love!

Oil catch can which just ensure actual octane fuel consumption and keeps the good old throttle body a bit cleaner

Here is the coolant hose bypass on the throttle body, as well as a breather on the breather valve and plug it on the throttle body:
Everything need for this below, I got a Edlebrock valve cover breather and modified it a little bit to fit the 5/8" breather hose

Here is some photos of the Rear TRD sway bar and the problem it had, it would make the wierdest noise and it took a month to figure out where the noise was coming from but here it is notice the wear near the bolt heads.
