2003 Impala on 23's. If you're wondering why they stick out, it's because they have rear wheel drive rims on a front wheel drive car. When you do that, you have to use adapters that make the rims stick out a bit. It's the ONLY way to put bigger then 22's on a FWD car. They don't make FWD 23's or 24's.
