Page 8 - Doors
Doors are one of the most difficult installation points on a car. I am going to start with IDQ62's and then possibly upgrade to IDQ8DVC's with some custom door panels.
I started by stripping out the doors:
Then three layers of Raammat60 later:
Then over a can and a half of Stinger Road Kill spray on the inner door panel:
Then, I covered all of the big holes in the doors with perforated metal covered in Raammat. I used some self tapping screws to attach the panels to the doors:
Then a layer of 1/8" foam:
And now the completed door with the panel added:
