I'd start by giving it a wash and wax. The pic is kind of dark, but it looks like your paint is in decent condition. Giving it a wash and wax would increase the looks by 10-fold. After that, you could try tinting the windows. If you had the cash you could go for rims...but I'm not so sure about what would look good on a Corsica rim-wise. For that, you could try www.tires.com/ and use their interactive wheel system to check out which rims look good with the car.
