Background:
Ok, heres the down and dirty on this giant. It's green, it's my third vehicle ever, and heres the details of the past 10 years of its life.

Chapter 1: The previous owners.
-The people that had this car before me drove it for about 4 years then parked it for the next six because they were elderly and were no longer able to drive it. They proceeded to sell it to my step-dad's friend for $800. It is well worth $5,000 right now after all that we have done to it. The way my step dad got this car was that my Nissan Sentra's motor mount busted and when I put it in gear, the motor kicks so hard it smashed the radiator. So my SD trade a Plymouth Acclaim, a Mercury Sable, both of which had cracked heads, and a 197? Chevy Van 3500(good running condition) for the Dodge and another Sentra like my old one that is only good for a parts car. It's been 3 months and we haven't done anything towards fixing the Sentra.

Chapter 2: I fucked up big time!
-The day that the car officially became mine I drove it to a friends house, then to another friends house(bl_celica90) and picked him up and took him to yet another friends house who wasnt home. So we decided to go to the nearly always trafficless highway nearby and see what my car would do. I am pretty sure I got this car up to about 110 though it felt like we were going 60. That is when the little strip ended and I turned around. Now then, I would just like to say that I wasn't really thinking about the weight of the car compared to the size of the driveshaft(if you don't know already the factory driveshaft is WAY to small for the 190+ HP 360ci motor in this car) and my friend got out and watched as I attempted to smoke the tires to hell and back. I tried to power brake it, like I used to do my old 1986 Grand Marquis, to make the back tires spin. No luck. So I go into dumbass mode and am determined to make the tires spin so I put it in neutral and press the accelerator to the floor a couple of times to rev it up. Then I hold it to the floor long enough to do what I feel reached beyond the redline of RPM's (which i would know for sure if I had a tachometer) and slam it down into 1st gear.

The sound I heard next is the most fear-inflicting sound I have ever heard. First I hear a loud sound of metal ripping itself apart from the inside out. Then theres this Squeel from hell. At about this time(according to my friend who was watching from the side.) blue flames shot from underneath my car. And then you hear the rattling of the driveshaft as it is still attempting to spin and is hitting the floorboard and the road as it does this.

Simply put I fucked up and we had to push the car into a little gravel driveway about 400 feet away and then walk about 1.5 miles to the nearest house to call his dad to come get us.

Chapter 3 - The repair process
-Well, I didn't know how damn hard it was to find parts for the rear-end of a car(not the actual rear end, just the clips for the universal joint).
So now it has been 3 or 5 days since the incedent occured. And its been a bitch.

Thanks for visiting my page and if you actually read all of that I would like to thank you for having the patience to read such a long and boring story in the first place. Thank you. Don't forget to check out the other pages on this site. And please stop back again soon. Never know when I will update. I like taking pics and workin' on my car.
