This is my dad's 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. It has been kept in excelent condition. It has its original 327 ci. engine with 350 horses out of the factory; we have not ran it on a dyno so we are not sure how much more hp it has now. It is rare not only because of the original engine but because it also has side pipes which give it a very unique sound. My dad has replaced about everything on it that can be without lifting the body off of the frame; the entire interior, including carpeting, instrumentation, radio, new weatherstripping and felt, every piece of chrome, all new suspension including bushings and springs (the springs on it at the time of purchase were so weak that the car would bottom out rolling over speed bumps), detailed the engine compartment and undercarriage, new master brake cylinders and wheel cylinders The car used to be involved in asphalt racing and was involved in an accident but that is about of the history we know other than the engine has been rebuilt three times and the carbeurator several more. Unfortunantly i wasnt old enough to help him with his car like he has mine but I am amazed at the fact he will let me drive this 60's muscle car that he normally drives once or twice a month. It normally sits covered in our garage, has rarely seen rain, and is always wiped down after use. This is my all time favorite Corvette.
