1985 Merkur "Cosworth" conversion. 2.3 SOHC 8V turbo block, 7.5 c/r, .030 over bore, seriously ported/polished head, custom rotated and shortened intakes, Aggressively ported E6 manifold, hybrid T3-T4 60 A/R S trim turbo, Racer Walsh valvetrain, .455 lift cam and Kirban fuel pressure regulator, RS Cosworth 2WD intercooler and rad, many custom engine parts and most aluminum fully polished. Fully mappable engine system using EE-Tuner and MAF conversion using PCMX software and a MAF from a 99 Cobra. --->Estimated 350+ bhp and 400 foot pounds of torque. Dyno tuning to come. Escort Cosworth Gp. A WRC suspension parts, Escort Cosworth 7.5 rear LSD differential and complete rear beam with Gp. A bushes from ex-RAC rally car. Front 330mm AP racing discs and rear Cosworth brakes with in car adjustable bias, AVO coil overs. TAS Compression struts and heim joint linkage with relocated sway bar of 14 SWG Cr-mo alloy. RS500 body panels and rear wing. Full Sparco race interior with EVO seats and 4 point harnesses etc. Rear custom strut tower brace. Front brace is Sparco. Ex Gp. N. Safety Devices rollcage.
Mustang Bullitt fuel door mounted as well. Fits perfect!
RS500 bumper and Wing (fiberglass). Car sits on Enkei 16 right now for setup. Road use will see Compomotive MO wheels (8x17) with Kumho or Michelin 235s. It will have custom fender liners to make these fit.
I have to get some dyno time to optimize the fuel and timing values via the EEC Tuner soon with kineticmotorsport.com's help.
