Alright, well I have been driving my car for some time now, and its starting to show. With the addition of the nitrous, 3rd gear started to slip and has continued to get worse as time went on. Finally, I saved up enough money to get it rebuilt! And in about a week and a half, I got my tranny back! But before I put everything back together, I decided to change a few things!

iridebmx1486's 1970 Chevrolet El Camino Moreno Valley, CA Customized with Flowmaster Exhaust, Hooker Header, Edelbrock Intake, MSD Ignition, Centerline Wheels, B&M Shift Knob, Grant Steering Wheel, Auto Meter Engine Electronics, Auto Meter Gauges, Hankook Tires, Comp Cams Engine Comps., B&M Transmission - 69

The first thing I did was remove the air conditioning unit along with the A/C controlls and Ducts. I then covered the hole in the firewall with a piece of sheet metal the painted the engine bay black. I figured since the A/C didn't work anyways, I might as well get rid of it and shave a few pounds! With all that out of the way, I installed an MSD Ignition System consisting of a 6AL Ignition box, Pro Billet Distributor, and a Blaster 2 coil. I still need to install the retard controller for the nitrous but ill save that for another day!

More like 90 to be exact! I decided to ditch the bulky bench seat and go for a light weight racing seat.

I also went with some "real" tires too! 15" by 10" centerlines wrapped in 295/50s! Not only will these help at the track, but they look bad ass!

With all of these changes, I still wasn't done yet! Since I got the tranny built, and since it was out anyways, I went ahead and threw a 2500 stall converter in it as well!
