Grant's '76 Chevy 1/2 Ton
To start from the beginning I got the truck when I was about 13. From there I sanded and sanded till I had enough. I then took the truck for the first time to Gary's Rod shop where we then came up with the following:

After I got the paint done licensed the truck as well as insured and all that good stuff, I had to drive the truck after I got it finished which was in November of 2001. During that winter and then the next summer and part of the following winter. Now to most people that don't seem any different. But the salt on the roads here in Illinois really ate up the body of the truck, especially the bed. I also had some problems with the paint sticking to certain parts of the metal on the truck. So I found a stepside bed off of a 94 Chevy pickup that was sitting in a salvage yard. So I picked it up and mounted her right on the truck. Holes matched Very nicely. So I drove it that way for about a year untill I decided to get it repainted all to match. But only I changed the whole scheme!!!!!!Next page has it all!!------>>
