Ok, this ain't your stock Sorento anymore!
Image 1 below - forget about it! I now use OME (Old Man Emu - available at arbusa.com) springs and shocks all around. I added a Daystar 1 inch strut spacer up front to level out the lift. (this is a Toytoa Tacoma/Tundra part) The suspension lift is now about 2 inches. I then added 265/75/16 tires (32 inch). This gives the Sorento about 11 inches of ground clearance, which is pretty decent.
The ride quality has improved 300% with the aftermarket springs and shocks, along with slighly better articlation, as the shocks are longer travel.

The KIA - new and stock

After some work - lift (2 in), bigger tires (32 in - 265/75/16), and 'altered' front bumper

Powering out of a creek crossing

Here's something you don't see very often - a Sorento pulling a Wrangler out of the backcountry.
