*sniff* my first car...so happy...(sobs). Anyhow, bought my 86 celica, wanted a 90 but damn the prices here are rich. Not much to tell about the car as yet, i'm the 4th owner (i think), everything has been replaced with new toyota parts 'cept the engine, which has 'only' 230,000 k's on it *sigh* not looking forward to when that dies.
New Stereo is first priority, my metal dun sound to great on only 2 4". Probably put in a Sony or Kenwood set up. Get em cheap at work and my mates an installer.

The brown interior is on its way out. Gettin stuck into it with vinyl paint, and yes i know it peels but only if u dont keep the sun off it. Gloss black with hints of blue is my style of choice. when its done i'll post sum pics.

Just replaced my dash lights with blue LEDs. looks mint at night, seriously if u want to put a cheap touch to ur interior these are sweet. 'pics soon'

lilpratty's 1986 Toyota Celica Stock as a Rock...orright as gtsscorcher87 pointed out i do infact have genie extractors in there :D

lilpratty's 1986 Toyota Celica Hey its the front end!

Just bought myself a K&N pod filter for my little toy. still need an adapter plate, managed to score one cozt price before tax from Holley parts. ah the wonders of working in the car industry :D

Hi there. I'm in Brisbane Australia and when my girlfriend asked me to replace my ratty white 86 Celica I bought a silver year 2000 ZZ Celica about a month ago. Still have the old girl though, 280,000+ km and still going strong. Bought her at a yard in about 1994. The AC gave up a few years ago and so did the stereo. Synchro is going so I have to double clutch on the down shift to third but I won't be getting rid of her. She's worth more to me than I could get if I sold her. Your car looks cool and as long as you have fun through the gears - that's what counts. Best, W.

stock my ass, those are jdm headers under the hood, those things are extremely rare, especially for the 3sge engine. only mr2s in japan had those and you cant find em anymore, unless they are out of the scrap heap. nice celica though, all 4th gens are tight. peace~
