Whatastud's 1987 Plymouth Voyager

This is my 1987 Plymouth Voyager. It is mostly stock except for the sound system, which will soon be shown on Page 3. Page 2 is devoted to the body work.

If you want to lower the van, you can use front struts and springs from a Dodge Dynasty... They bolt right up. There are several ways to drop the rear... Some people pull a couple of leafs out... I wouldn't do it this way. I would goto a machine shop and have them build a set of 3 inch blocks that you can bolt on under the rear axle. This will raise the axle without compromising the leaf springs.

Hello again, just wanted to stop by to tell you i found a better remedy to black out your turnsignals in front to match your headlights. Recently i was in Tacoma,WA and went to Baxter's Auto Parts. They have alot of great stuff there for all vehicles, so anyway there i found a spray on black tint called NIGHTSHADES, its in a silver can with a pic of a guy with sunglasses on. They told me i could use this on my tailights and then seal it with a clear gloss. Also when i press down on my brake the red will shine right thru so i bought two cans of the stuff for $8 each. I will post the results of this mod after i do it. But i thought you'd be interested in this idea since it doesn' cost alot. Chat later....

Hey cool van, i especially like the bumper upgrade u made thats what customizing is all about. I've got a mechanic friend who owns two of those, one he converted to a 5 speed for towing. I asked if he would do it to my car but he said he'd have trouble findin a clutch pedal and linkage to fit my car. Anyway i've got a few ideas for you to black out your turn signals but i need to find the website i know about. There is a spray on tint but the stuff costs like $75 a can, i know thats alot. Probably why i haven't bought it for my own purposes yet. But it is removeable in case you live where its not allowed all year round. Anyway i will get back to ya on this.
