My blue 1987 Park Avenue T-type Conversion has ended, :( Its parts have gracefully been taken and moved on to my current Buick, which needs no conversion at all! Check it out here: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3133533
Well I came to my senses and decided to go from a Lexus IS 250 back to a Buick...but this time its a 87 T-Type! Check it out at my soon to be added new site...heres some pictures to start:
The 2nd T with the red pin strip was used as a parts car, my PA was used as a parts car aswell.
My replacement ride. The buick has been put into a field. who knows of its fate. It'll be missed.
This was my 1987 Park Avenue, my third buick. Only 119 000km when i bought her, for $300(CND)I originaly had a 91 sabre Check it out right here
New Pics:
Update on the conversion. Got the front spoiler on, working on the rear bumper, the majority of the interior is complete. Check the pics(page two), and let me know what you think.
I sold all my sound eq right down to my last fuse and rca. Going to be re-building something next summer. Stay tuned for that.
Finally found a T-Type, two actually, but i was lead to believe they were in better condition than they were. Wanted to be albe to drive at least one of them and use one for parts, turns out, both are going to be used as parts cars and my Park will be decked out with all the T parts and painted black, interior will be switched with the blacks interior. Pics of both Ts.
The black one, before and after:
The 87 black T interior that will be swaped into my PA:
The 89 silver and my PA:
just some new pics in a garage...need me a better cam and a tripod for shots like these...and a cleaner car. meh they still look nice. And the one on the left has been photoshopped a bit aswell
some pics of the PA in the summer,I swaped my steelies for some cutlas rims, they were going cheap and i need new rubber anyways. and yes they do get satilite reception.
Handeling was greatly improved but its still a boat.
Old pics with the steels.
my initials in my 3rd brake light:
put my old side pillars on from my 91 lesabre....i think it looks a lot nicer than before. the white rectangle actually lit up but only on one side.
Well i finally had some time to redo my system in black carpet!!! from the grey(bleh) to pimpin velvet to bad ass black. the neon still hasn't been hooked up and there are some minor details to fix, but it looks deadly now. my sony d-class burnt out and got a rockford p3001 thru warrenty. and got rid of the useless kenwood and got a half decent sony for my 6x9s. enjoy.
older pics during the winter when i had my lesabre and PA at the same time.
For those who cant really tell the difference, the PA is the one on the left.
I like the front end of the Sabre better, and i like the rear end of the PA.......wish i could put em together.
The clam-shell hoods in action
My MA audio 15" hard kore to be installed for SPL in the near future.
MORE TO COME......
