A dream come true!
New Year's Day. Driving around the city with my nephew. Talking about how a VW Cabriolet had always been the car of my dreams ever since I saw it on "Can't Buy Me Love". Suddenly, a red one pops in front of me. I told my nephew that it was the car I had been talking about all night. "It's for sale!" were his words. The rest is history.
The car is in need of much work, but that is just the way I wanted it. Take into consideration, it is 24 years old!!! But I have my hopes high, and I know it will turn out to be just I as I wanted it to...

Finally! Today is my birthday and today was the day the car finally became mine! Now that it finally is home, the work will start...
