Thrasher says a competant shade tree mechanic can do the job in about an hour. If you have a lift you can do it in about two hours. I did not and it took about four hours, taking my time.
The difference between stock and setting number 2 is significant but next fluid and filter change I am gonna try the OMG setting #3
