The trip to Toronto from Florida is now complete. I drove the car to RSM Racing and stayed a couple of days before flying home. This is what the engine bay looked like when I left on a Teusday afternoon.

To say I had a positive experience is a gross understatement. These guys really know their stuff. They break their backs to accomodate their customers and take the time explain everything in such detail that any novice can understand whats going on with the modifications to their car. I had no worries leaving my car for more than a week with them and when I reurned to pick it up.........what a pleasant surprise!.
All of the ordered work was complete. Everything was installed professionally.....meticulously. Nothing was done without prior approval. Absolutely no hidden or bogus charges. Nothing but perfection from a team of perfectionists.
The shop is located just outside the grounds of the Toronto International Airport in an Industrial Park. I was taken back by the fact that there was only seven or so players in the whole organization but by the first afternoon I soon realized that quantity and quality are not always hand in hand.
The co owner, Nelson, and chief Mechanical genious was the first person to introduce himself when I arrived that first Monday morning. He took the time to show me the entire operation from sales to service to maufacturing to shipping to design. I then met the man responsible for Marketing and Customer Service, Craig, and he pretty much made sure all of my Hotel accomidations and transpertation needs were met. As well as literally anything I needed while I was in Toronto.
The men in the maufacturing , design, installations and testing, Joe, Alen, and Fishy were always willing to answer any of my many questions.
The man responsible for oders and processing, Bobby, made sure all that was ordered was installed and nothing done that wasnt ordered. He also has a kick ass Grand Am that I dont think any Grand Am on the Planet could keep up with.
Co owner Zsolt, I met briefly. Also a very professional businessman. Very busy, but not too busy to insure that all was well with my order.
