Thinking now of getting an Evo X once the MR comes out. I want to test drive both the GSR and MR and decide if that SST in the MR is worth it or not. Plus I want to see if people can even mod that car out considering it could be complicated due to the ECU and nobody knows how it'll react. Either way it looks as though an Evo X, either in White or Graphite, is in the future sometime this year.

12/06/07: Haven't done anything to the car in forever since having it repainted. It was in a small accident and I had the entire front end repainted again. Also decided not to upgrade the car anymore. After some reliability issues that stem from the poorly designed transmission, I'll pay the car off and invest in something else in a year or 2. It'll be my daily driver since it has GPS/Nav and an killer sound system.

7/16/06: I just purchased a Pioneer AVIC-Z1 head unit and I should have pictures of it in about 1 week. I hope this thing is amazing as it appears to be (navigation, internal hdd, 7" LCD screen, etc...)Click here to view specs of Pioneer AVIC-Z1

3/20/06: I just got the car back recently from 2 months of body work and getting it painted. I decided to get the entire car painted the factory color since I bought it used and the entire front end was marked up with chips in the paint. I also had the hood, trunk and rear bumper emblems taken off and the holes filled in on the hood and trunk. I think it looks really sharp and was worth the very large cost of doing it.

PwPrelude's 1999 Honda Prelude The back end without the PRELUDE and Hona emblem and without the VTEC sticker. I wanted to get the key hole shaved as well but the cost of doing it with the overall cost already being at $6k kept me from doing it. It's something I can do later.

PwPrelude's 1999 Honda Prelude The old picture with all the original emblems on the back end.

PwPrelude's 1999 Honda Prelude The new TSW rims. They are a powder coated graphite center with a chrome plated lip. I also went from a 17" to an 18" rim.

PwPrelude's 1999 Honda Prelude TSW Thruxton rims.

PwPrelude's 1999 Honda Prelude Proxies4 tires. I'm very happy with their performance, especially with them being siped.

PwPrelude's 1999 Honda Prelude The old Enkei rims...I hated those things.

looks really nice after the paint job. are rims 18 by 8(225's) or 18 by 7.5(215's) and did you drop it. i have a 1999 ficus green pearl, it's all factory except for an alpine cd changer and i just got chrome 18 by 7.5 zinik rims sitting on 215's. i know that prelude seem to hate chrome, but it sets off the green pearl. any suggestions on the interior and system. i just want mine to look clean and simple. thanks.

What's up!! Thanks for checkin out my lude. My CF hood is from VIS and is the style is called Invader---580.00 shipped---I got it through TCSportline.com I got hood pins from Hoodpins.com that made it perfect. Holds the hood down tight--going over 60mph wihtout hood pins the hood was bouncing a lot--These pins are the BEST and they are self-latching--you can check out a video clip on there site---WWW.HOODPINS.COM
