5-27-04 I finished these last week but was pretty lazy about taking pictures. These headers tightly follow the contours of the block, starter, and oil pan. They are baked with 1500* paint. The individual runners are 1.25" running into a 3"-2" reducer and finally into 2" mandel-bent exhaust.
I've also cut and rewelded the k-member for exhaust clearence, but I'm too lazy to pull the engine right now to take a picture.
On order is an remote oil filter kit (couldn't make the stock location work with the headers and chassis), 6-puck clutch, and a y-pipe to connect the headers.
Remaining:
1. weld TB plate onto intake manifold
2. install remote oil filter kit
3. wire the ECU
4. install the accessories and belts
5. install clutch and transmission
6. get a driveshaft fabricated
7. trim shift ring and shorten the shifter
