This is my baby!
Shes a 1996 855 T5R and shes a very rare manual gear change model!
Also the olive green colour is quite rare too and there were only 23 in this colour brought into the UK!
Before doing anything to the engine I had her rolling roaded to see what the power was like!
She was putting out 195BHP at the wheels (which I was a little disapointed with but at least it gave me a starting point!
Heres the print out.
Since then ive not done too much with the engine except for a K&N Panel filter,Manual Boost valve and a couple of other tricks too!
In this pic you can see the manual Turbo boost valve and the (purple) Powerflex top engine mount.
This is what the boost control valve looks like!
This pic shows the front grille area where ive moved the two horns to increase airflow to the intercooler and ive trimmed the cold air feed to give it a bit better flow.
Here you can just about see the uprated Rossini rotors. They are in a standard 280mm size but are drilled and grooved.
Ive also uprated the pads to Mintex 'Fast road' pads
