Here is a list of shows we are hoping to attend this year... at least those we have located as of today.
June 11, 2006 - BOP Show in Brecksville, Ohio
June 24, 2006 - The day before we left for Texas, we went to a cruise-in/car show in Newton Falls.
June 25 - July 4, 2006 We are heading South west again to Addison, Texas. It is the Olds Nationals and we have been planning this for the last 2 years.
Our trip began on June 25. Off to Texas with myself, my wife, Jan and our daughter, Heather.
First stop, Dogs N' Suds.
After a really bad hotel stay (Do Not stay at the Econolodge in Effingham, IL.) We were off again.
We are in Texas with 90 degree weather and no rain.
. These were some great friends we met on our way home in Oklahoma. Jim (AKA Nick) and his wife Linda met up with us on Sunday, July 2. We went to a western store (See my wife's new hat.) and then to dinner.
We stopped at Ozarkland and next to it was a deserted old gas station.
On the way home, we also hit 240,000 miles.
July 23, 2006 - Norwalk Raceway for the Olds show there.
August 2006 Findley Lake NY. Cruise is on Sunday.
Findley Lake is hard to describe except to say you feel like you stepped back in time.
August 20, 2006 - Northern Ohio Olds Club puts on the Olds Show in Alliance Ohio at the Carnation Mall.

Alliance is a nice area but the show is not a favorite because of judging issues.
September 3 - Ox Roast

This attracts over 1,000 cars and five times that in people. Free food and a nice day. We took home a top 10 olds trophy.
September 10, 2006 - Alleghany Rockets show in Bedford, PA

For some reason, this show loves the rain. It is a nice show though and attracts some beautiful cars. We took a second place and also a long distance.
September 17, 2006 20th Annual All Oldsmobile Car Show, Columbus, Ohio - Anderson's General Store.
NEONS
My 1-owner car has won numerous awards, nationally and locally. I have customized our Cutlass Supreme International by adding underbody neons, airbrushed trunk mat, etched and tinted glass & custom lettering. My car has been as West as Texas and as East as New Jersey. It headed to Minnesota in August of 2004.
