NovaPwr's 1972 Chevrolet Nova

NovaPwr's 1972 Chevrolet Nova On return trip from Joplin, MO in July took this photo near Mt. Nittany and Little Nittany near Beaver Stadium in State College, PA. Took off for MO with less than 500 miles on new engine and trans. on a Wednesday. Returned Tuesday with over 2400 miles and 9 quarter mile passes. Nothing like a cross country trip in an old muscle car!
Replaced 307 P\G with 350\T-350 combo. out of my fathers old 72 Chevy truck. Bored .020, 6"rods, SRP pistons, World Products Torquer Heads, balanced rotating assy., Edelbrock RPM and Edel. 600 or sometimes 750 carb. 7 qt. pan, std vol. hi press. oil pump, Comp cams 262, Comps full roller rockers, GM HEI coated headers and Flowmaster exhaust. TCI Pro kit in tranny with Midwest 3000 stall. Setup runs outta steam around 5200 rpm but from idle to 5200 it's a blast! Loads of torque and a great driver! Got 15 mpg from MO to PA this summer.

Nice Nova! I really like the color. I was thinking about using the same cam in mine. Do you like the cam and what's the specs on your heads? Keep up the good work and check out my 71 Nova sometime.
