here are some pics of the step notch install. we cut the rear cross member out to make room for the 2 7 gal tanks. the tanks in, the KP canti kit, and the 7" slam's installed. here is a pic of the Thomas 337 compressors I started out with. Since then I have replaced them with Viair 450's Front pockets cut out and the 6" slams installed with FBI cups. I am about to pull that out and replace it with dual port slams and Suicide doors cups (way better cups) The front manifolds, soon to be moved to the frame. My buddies stereo shop was the scene of the crime. Thanx Tim and Tommy!! my bed after 10 min of saws all action I couldn't have done this install without my friends help. sup dude, nice 10. im bagging my 82 right now. do you have stock arms and spindles? i know how to modify them stock arms to lay on 20's but just wondering what size rims you have. i still have to get my spindles and thats it. but very nice truck.
