plumbers putty, use it as shown to check hood clearance.
The carb is an edelbrock 500 with an electric choke kit.
Intake is a Wieand Smokey Yunich (Holley)

Bought Pacesetter Headers, DID NOT FIT!!! Part #70-1093 This pic is drivers side, this one fit perfectly, did not bother to test fit other side.
The Pass. side did not fare as well. the collector hit the frame on the outside and was only 1/2" from the starter on the inside, there was no way that these would have ever fit.
