The lowering of the car was lots of fun. Anyone that is looking to lower there 90-93 Integra you don?t need a spring compressor. The way that I did it might not have been the safest but worked none the less. Well we (Matt and I) jacked up the car and took the wheels off. Then detached the shock/strut from the top of the tower in the engine bay. Then disconnected then necessary parts to take it out. The spring and strut comes out as one. To remove the spring from the strut we did: lied the assembly on the garage floor had a bag of old clothing that was going to good will and had that about 3 feet away. I stood on the coil spring and took the impact gun and undid the nut holding it all together. The shock shot (not fast, but would not want to be in its way) into the bag of old clothing. Then took the factory shock/strut and put on the lowering spring. The lowing spring is shorter and it will just drop right on.

Just repeat on all others. When we removed one of the springs we found out that it was broken.

The camber kit is just a strait replacement and is not a problem at all.

After you put things back together and tighten them the car is ready to be set back down. You will need to get an alignment after the car is lowered, but I would recommend waiting about 1 or 2 weeks to that everything has the chance to settle in and find its place. Then you can sit back and admire your work and give it the finger test for wheel gap.
