Documentation Of Mods

The mods done to the car were all done by myself and my brother. He has helped me out a lot with this car and I owe a lot to him. Thanks Matt. Anyways with that out of the way I will get started. The first add on that I did to the car was the bumper lights. I purchased a set of clear lights and put them in the car. They were very easy to do. One screw and out they came. I keep the white bulbs that were in the car from factory and didn?t put in the amber ones that came with the lights. This way they would flash/blink white. I thought that it would look better then the amber one. And I was right.

After the bumper lights were installed I liked the look of the car even more. But then I needed something to give the engine more noise so that I could really here VTEC kick in. I could barley hear it before so I bought an intake and put that on. I had some problems getting it on the way that I wanted. So I took out the battery and then started taking off the stock intake and air box. After this was removed I made an attempt to put the short ram intake on. A perfect fit, but then coolant line was attached to a vacuum line and does not separate. So I took it right off and cut off a length of the piping and then reattached it so the coolant line was once again complete. This just got rid of the hard line vacuum line that was no longer needed thanks to the soft line replacement that came in the kit. It was with the intake that I chose the colour to go with under the hood. The intake was polished with blue fittings. So that is where I came up with the idea to go with blue.
