I've just recently purchased a Mitsubishi Mirage, 1996 model. I bought it for $9000 and was wanting to re-model the exterior (mostly the bumper & side panels), and add a decent sound system.
Unfortunetly though, my area of expertise does not include cars nor audio. I just like what I see, and like what I hear basically.
I was kinda hoping if there was anyone out there that could give me a few good ideas for a decent sound system (Sub's of course) and maybe a few ideas as to what I can do. I wouldn't mind changing the interior but I really am stumped as to what I can do. (Budget wise for the sound system - $800 / $900 Max.)
At the moment I hate the wheels, there only plastic I would really prefer metal, and I really dont like the grey bumper that is around the front. So if anyone has any ideas, please let me know I would greatly appreciate any input.

Have decided to install 2 SONY XPLOD's 12" with a set of 6" Speakers (still thinking about Brand), Sony XPLOD Headdeck and a BOSS Audio 1200W Amp.
Any PRO's / CON's / Oppinions? Would be great. Let me know.
