Welcome everyone to my site I made for my Egg. Most people know my body of car as an eg even though here in the states there known as eh's. I have owned her for two years going on three. I have put a lot of miles on her during that time. She started her life as my daily driver, but starting this year she wont be any more. Civics have cheap up keep and fun to drive and real easy to mod. My goal with her is to make her run low 13's by early summer. To reach my goal I am doing a turbo build on a spear d16 block I have at home. More on that on page 5. I have gone thru a few stages with her ie: rice and the jdm look, now I am making her look plain so she looks more like a sleeper plus I am tired of all the ricers reving on me. i am goin to tear it down and send the bear block to tc automotive here in mankato to get the block looked at and hot tanked and all cleaned up.

went to the muffler shop and got my mffler put on, it cost 30 dollars and i went to a a part and bought a new pcv valve and replaced mine. it helpped a little on the smoke. HMO called me and said my motor is being shipped and should be here on wednesday or thursday :D

ups and airborn express paid me a visit today :D i got my muffler and my license relocator. the dude on ebay said it was a dynomax but it wasnt. it is a summit knock off. i sent my car off to the boddy shop 207 dollars later it is straight :D i wasn't able to take pics.... my kinda g/f had the carmera. i also updated some update with pics i took this morning. before i sent my car in.

i swapped my carpet out with the carpet i bought from sherman last sunday looks real nice. the cartpet is Graphite grey from a si hatch. it alsom comes with a dead pedal. I need to take pics and post em up here soon.

went to st paul to pick parts up for my car i got carpet, drivers side window and passenger side windsheild trim for 70 dollars :D after the trip i put my drivers side window it it took about 30 min to do

i cant roll down my driver side window so i popped of my door and found out the clips on my window snapped so it turns out i need to buy a new driver side window. while door was off in installed my bostin 6.5's in.

i should stop drinking.... we were up to 6am this morn i slept till 1:00 pm. that sucked cuz i wanted to swap my driver seat out( work at three and drive a hour to get there) my car looks funny in side cuz i have ONE BLUE seat! lol i need to take a pic :D later :D

i got home from long night of drinking and was a bit bored so i decided to swap my seat out finely. it only took 4 minutes to take my passenger seat out. i had to take the seat in my apt to swap rails and seat belt shit over it took a about a hour mainly cuz i was missing my 12mm socket and people kept calling me. if i didn't get any calls and had all parts needed the whole seat swap would be like 20 to 30min. when i was finished bolting the seat my best friend shows and we went to finish writing the opening of our movie

I took out the tv and replaced the center part i picked up from a dude on hondaswap.com and i put in a workin go go gadget pop cup holder :D i also took out my rear seats and replaced them with grey factory seat i picked up from my buddy lohatch ( pat ) from honda-tech.com

my camshaft in the old cx took a shit on me and snapped right where the cam gear meets it. the Valve's and everything was ok but i chose not to replace the camshaft and went a different route. the route i chose is similer to http://www.hondaswap.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=29791 (copy and paste link) This past summer my tranny took a a dump on my and broke so i started looking around and found a d15b7 from a new friend sean from the cities and I paid 150 cash money for beast. i put the tranny on my hatch and kindy put the motor in the back of the garage till i swapped heads.
the d15b7 was out of a lx civic so the is gearing if a bit different then a dx(dont know which one was better tho) and its a hell of a lot better then a cx. the head is a 16 valve head so some people said there wont be the proper valve releifs for the head on my block but turned out there was so it was ok to go on with the head swap. everything went real good except when it came to the O2 sensor. it turns out the cx has a one wire and the dx has a four so my car is throwing a error code 41. basicly i am going thru more gas. when it gets better out side i am going to put on my d16y8 intake mani( form a 98 civic ex, flows better then a dx mani) and also put on my b16sir1 60mm trottle body( off a 92civic sir over seas). and i am on a search for a camshaft from a d16a6 (88-91 si civic or crx)
