A few visual/comfort mods:
billet grill, clear corners, hood/window deflectors, body matched front valance

Randon goofin off, my buddy Robs 01 Ranger and some in motion shots..

2004 "Custom Tacos" Sacramento Meet..
Deep club, went there for the swap meet, scored a hitch for the rear! :)
I also met some great people..

Page (5)
New set of 16" wheels from a 2003 Hyundai Sante Fe (It's not as bad as it sounds) check it out.. direct bolt up, no mods or spacers.. nothing fancy or flashy.

Page (6)
Fresh from the body shop, body matched mirrors, door/tailgate handles, bugdeflector and XM antenna.. XM sattalite radio installed.

NOTHING SPECIAL... JUST A FEW VISUAL CHANGES, THE BASICS
Any other mods will be subtle for either a clean look, comfort or just plain function..

Heres my billet grill from B-Coolbillets..
This mod sucked balls to do..
Instructions are horrrible and It left me with alot of questions which led me to cutting the wrong area out.. oh well. good enuff. not shootin for car shows anytime soon.. :)
You can see on this picture where the side openings look like the grill is missing a few bars.. I cut the surround out by mistake.. no biggie.
I think the grill makes the truck look smooooth.. much better than that toothy lookin grill!

heres a picture of the clear side marker lenses installed.. I thought it would clean up the front end appearance a little bit.. I know it wont make me fast ;) Thats the difference between me and a Ricer!
You have no idea how hard it was to bring myself to buy something like this.. Payed off tho.. Happy with it.

I recentally purchased a few things for the truck for either comfort or protection... I went on jc whitney and purchased a set of door vent visor type deals made by EGR in Austrailia. These are cool because they fit in the window channels and dont require any double sided tape.. 2 minutes and they were in.. I was sick of driving in the morning and getting water hittin my arm with the window slightly cracked open.. also im about an inch too short for the visors to keep the sun outta my eyes at sunset... so these work great..

I commute roughly 70+ miles daily in the truck and recentally noticed little chips in the hood.. so I purchased a hoodprotector or other known as a bugflector.. hopefully this helps.. Also it doesnt look too bad..

sorta looks like its rockin the Zoro look :)

I just got the bottom bumper valance back from the body shop, I had it body matched for a clean look.. I think it looks nice..

So far from this Solo2Rampage's 2002 Toyota Tacoma
to this Solo2Rampage's 2002 Toyota Tacoma

Im thinkin of lowering it about a 2/3 for better handeling without sacraficing too much of the trucks function/towing capability.. Later on possibly some decent easy to maintain wheels. Also thinkin of upping the size to 16" or more than likely 17".. Ive seen some Boyd Coddington wheels that have caught my eye.. So far Ive been pretty happy with the truck sence Ive had it. It averages about 310 miles per tank.. roughly 22-24mpg.. Just turned a little past 34K miles..

your truck is starting to look really sweet. i wish i could color coat my ront bumper and shit but i dont think it would look right. i like how that one truck looks with the 99 bumper. all white with chrome corners. i think that would look tits on my truck if i match the door handles and grill, put a roll pan on the back and swapped out my mirrors for carbon fiber ones. then some flat black 17x8 rims.
