This page is dedicated to my friend's 1957 Chevy Bel Air 2Dr Hardtop,this car is not 100% finished but it's almost done.
First of all the car has a custom paint color that is not a original paint scheme,this color is actually called Viper Blue(same color on the late 90's Dodge Vipers),all the emblems are there expect for the front chevrolet emblem on the front of the hood.
Under the hood is a 350 Small Block Chevy with a 400 crank(making it a 383)and custom headers that were fitted due the addition of a power steering system with rack and pinion steering and a Willwood brake conversion to 4 wheel power disc brakes.Also a BeCool Radiator with dual electric fans was added to help the cooling system.Engine is topped off with a Edelbrock Intake Manifold and Edelbrock 750 Cfm Carb. Tranny is a Turbo 400 3 Speed Auto. Rear End has 3.73 gearing in it. The only thing left to redo is the interior which is getting done this winter, but the car's dash board is finished with the exception of a stereo that will get done this winter by me.
