THE SYSTEM & INTERIOR PAGE
This is the interior of the car as the system was beginning to grow. I was almost finished restoring the interior at the time.
When I bought the car I immediately built a custom box for four MTX 5000 10s (Before they changed the model to 6000) It hit, but was only enough to keep me temporarily satisfied. Four years later, a couple pioneer head units, two MTX 12's, two Audiobahn 12s, an Alpine V12, a couple of Rockford Amps and after many different setups, this is what it has grown into.
THE HARDWARE - This is all the stuff that I installed. The whole install was sick. Anyway, the retail on all of the equipment would be $3500-$4000, but through the back channels I got it all for around $2250.
2 Aluminum Eclipse DVC 12s in a custom setup that uses every square inch from the rear seat back.
Each powered by a JL 500 watt monoblock (THESE AMPS ARE REVOLUTIONARY)
The Amps are fed by a 5 farad Alumapro Stealth Cap (HI-BEAMS DON'T EVER DIM UNDER FULL LOAD)
All 0 & 4 guage wiring, digital fuse blocks, 200 amp circuit breaker, etc.
There are 8 highs in the car, all powered by a JL 300w 4ch. amp and run with phoenix gold wiring:
-Two MBQuart 300w 6X9s
-Two MBQuart 100w 4X6s
-Two Eclipse 150w 6.5s
-Two Eclipse pillar mounted tweeters
An Alpine 9815 4volt Head Unit (Hottest shit there was at the time)
An Icon-TV 6.5 inch monitor in the dash, an Icon-TV DVD player, Playstation-2, and a G-Tech perfomance analyzer.
Everything is covered up except for a view of the three amps, and the subs.
