Creepypeter's 1971 AMC JavelinWelcome to my Swedish Amc Javelin page!

Updated june - 2007 + New pics on page 3

Creepypeter's 1971 AMC Javelin

This is me, a 26 year creature who love cars and works as a tele network repair man. Foto taken on Midsummer day, 25 of june 2003, so its old.

Creepypeter's 1971 AMC JavelinThis is my little baby, a 1971 Amc Javelin SST. Originally with a 258 six and a BW tranny. Now with a restored amc 343 v8 and a 727TF tranny. This car spent a little time on the dragstrip with a strong 360 engine before i bought it. I bought it with the engine out and another 343 v8 was sold to me with the car. The engine was in poor stand. So I went thru the engine fitting the finest parts. I also had to convert the crankshaft to fit the 727 converter (I have a race preppt TF727 tranny in the car). I had the car running the summer of 2003 but egnition faliure resulted in little engine damage. So I put it away and drove my fathers 429 equipped Ford XL-GT convertible from 1969 instead.

Creepypeter's 1971 AMC JavelinThe original color of this car is: Imperial blue with blue interrior and white/red SST stripes on the sides. The car is sold in sweden new, but 19 owners have messed with it so the thing I'm doing now is to try to fix it back into fine street legal shape. The car had been in a collision so I have had to buy a grille/bumper etc. I'm gonna paint it the original color and fit a Locker rear axel as soon my wallet agrees with me. This car is gonns be used as a daily driver on the summer. The winters over here are not anything for american cars so then I'll drive my SAAB 9000CSE '95. Other cars in my carage are: A styled out Fiat punto mk1 '99, BMW 520 '88 and a Alfa Romeo 164 V6 ´89.

Since I am Swedish and from Minnesota USA, I thought I'd check out an AMC in Sweden. I hear there are a lot of them over there. Hope you'll check out my 71 AMX
