As you can see on these I have stitch welded the whole front end.I've done other trick stuff to the suspension but I'll keep that hush for now.

These are the two puppies that will take care of the fuel and air mixture.50mm WEBER simplicity at its best.

For those few who have kept up I appologise for not continually updating the page, but qwik update the chassis is finally complete and the motor is in and started. Will be dynoing soon will have pics, HP and TRQ numbers soon. Expect to compete in all California events next season of 2006.
3/29/06 Well bad news is that the motor blew from lack of oil pressure which was not caught till too late, motor gave out at about 8700 rpm, so it took out the block, main girdle, rod and piston, head chamber one and four, and crank all due to pressure loss from a bad oil pump. Did not expect to be building the 1.8 so soon but building another ZC is just not cost effective. So back to the drawing board. This SUCKS!

Well good news is the new motor is in, but did have to rework the mounts as they would probably not take the pounding of this built motor. The 50mm webbers will work fine with the set up but I will have to up the venturis. The only thing holding me up at this point is getting another fuel pump that will push more fuel as the demand has changed, will update soon.
