Performance Upgrades
Because I sometimes fish and four-wheel in hard to get areas, I definitely had to have the TRD package. Developed through Toyota's successful Desert Racing Program, the TRD package came with the following upgrades:
*front and rear Bilstein shock absorbers,
*locking rear differential,
*increased front coil springs and rear leaf spring suspension,
*modified camber rear springs,
*a larger stabilizer bar,
*31x10.5R15 tires,
*overfenders and a special off road graphics package.
I later:
*upgraded the air intake to K&N,
*added a bedliner,
*upgraded the tires to BF Goodrich all-terrain.
