here is the truck after we sanded down half the hood and primered it.
Then we started taking all the parts off the frame. We took ok the bed, then we took off the fenders and hood. Then we took out the engine and then the cab came off. This is how it turned out after painting the entire frame gloss black. Any spot that a paint brush would touch and some that it couldn't is covered in two layers of Rustoleum Gloss black paint. Also while it was just a frame i lowered the front 5 inches with 2 inch drop spndles and 3 inch drop springs from summit. I also lowered the back 8 or 9 inches by moving the leaf springs under the axle instead of it being on top.
Here is the bottom of the cab with the new floor and some sort of spray to seal it all up.
Here is the new rocker panel after we welded it in, bondoed it, sanded it and primered it. It look like its brand new.
