Well what ya see here is my 89/90 RX-7 GXL touring model that is now turbo and has been my project for the past 3 years of my 7 years of ownership. I bought it as a second owner from Fairbanks Alaska, I found it here in Wisconsin however so no I didnt go out of my way to buy it. I got it in stock form with no mods preformed and loved it just the way it was , FOR ABOUT 6 MOUNTHS LOL and just got bit by the performance bug. I started out with the usual suspects intake , header , cat removel , cat back and loved the gains and sound my car got. Well that got to the point of not enuff after only 4 mounths then came the ignition upgrade , underdrive E-shaft pully , and larger plug wires. Well that was fine till after winter hit and I needed more so bring on a small shot of funny fuel aka N.O.S. 70 shot dry infact. Let me tell ya a 70 shot on a rotary is very fun till ya let and EX-FRIEND drive your car that doesnt listen for shit when ya tell him not to spray. Well ya guessed it BOOM there went the non ported 89/90 13b 6 port motor as well as the TB and MAS , lil bastard backfired the spray through the throttle body and blew the all vacum lines and intake ducting off and made a mess of most everything. So bring on the JDM goodness I say.
fc3sboy's 1989 Mazda RX-7 yes thats a JDM 13BT out of a 90 mazda RX-7 GTX turbo.I got a deal on the motor and tranny but no ecu and harness so Stand-alone here I come.
