The Full-Race manifold is complete and looking good!
Today is Friday Feb 10th and we need to mock up the intercooler, cut and tack the boost pipes, pull the engine and get it to the body shop on Sunday. Its been a week of some very late nights. Stay tuned for more.
Here are some pictures from the weekend. Finished making the intercooler opening larger. The front bumper now has zoos fittings so we can take it off easier. There are some nice fiberglass changes being done to the bumper right now

Sunday 2/12 the engine was pulled so we can take the Prelude to be painted.
2/13 Everything that can be removed is off the Prelude right now and body work and paint will be done within the next 2 weeks. The new engine will start this weekend.
Its Sunday 2/19 here is the prelude. The front bumper will be done Tuesday. We really need to have the paint completed by the end of this week.

Its Monday 2/27 The paint shop is running behind making our timeline that much tighter. We are now hoping to pick up the prelude Wednesday. The front bumper is now finished. Here is a picture below.
The M&H slicks have been delivered. These are 26x8.5 for Nopi events.
Our carbon fiber hood also was delivered last week. Very quick delivery and youcan see that the packaging is awsome. It was also in a large cardboard box. The hood is made by carbon creations. We purchased it from www.jfracing.com. The hood is high quality and service was great! Highly recomend them. This is also where the buddy club front bumper was purchased. We will unwrap the hood late next week.
Our transmission delivered from www.gearspeed.com yesterday. You can tell from the picture they do high quality work. For now this is our only transmission. We are working on a back up. It took 2 of our transmissions just to get this one is good condition. We have never raced with a smooth shifting transmission. It is a hybrid with mixed gears, final drive and custom spool.
Its now Thursday 3/2. We picked up the Prelude from the paint shop tonight. It turned out great. Same color with metal flake. We have alot of cleaning to do. Plans are to pick up the motor hopefully tomorow. The valve guides on the head had to be replaced. Its going to be late nights - 2 weeks from today we will be traveling to Arizona. Wish us luck.
Its Saturay 3/4 we got home with the motor from PFI at 3:15 am this moring. The car will be buffed in the morning and the motor and transmission will be in as well. Then its time for wiring all the new gauges, prologger and other details.
Here are some pictures from today Sunday 3/5
The engine was built at PFI in Ft.Collins. We finished up with many of the bolt on's this morning. Here it is.
Finally installing again!
Here it is with the motor in to the left. The picture to the right has the intercooler installed. We still have to finish up the boost pipes and many other items. It will be a busy week ahead - keep checking back.
March 9 2005 It was another late night or should I say early morning - here are some updated pictures. Thanks to some help from Rays Customs in Ft. Collins we are on track.
To the left is the Turbonetics Godzilla BOV.
To the left you can see the short connection from the turbo directly into the backdoor spearco intercooler connected with the adel wiggins clamps from Fluid Control Products. To the right the exhuast pipe is complete and the dump tube from the wastegate.
It's March 14th. We have been working too many hours to get pictures up. Saturday we worked until 4:30 am and back at it Sunday from 8:00 am until the AM hours again. We dyno'd on Sunday with great results. We wil be fitting the new CF hood and the car will be wetsanded and buffed tonight. I will get some updated pictures before we leave on Thursday to Arizona.
