So basically, my suby, or "The Drubaru," is currently out of comission due to radiator/HU issues. More the radiator than the HU, but I can't drive without music, yo.

At least I keep it clean.

So instead I'll post some pix of my dogs and my guitars because they are cooler anyway. Once the suby is back in business I'll post some pix up. wOoT.

yeah, i know all the specs on my pickups- im a smartass. and yeah, i agree, fender (strats in particular) is associated with punk, and im a big punk fan. the deluxe edition strat is also stellar for jazz and blues style guitar, thats why i purchased it. i purchased the tele for the softer, cleaner tone. hows about a jazz/punk fusion? and on the ibanez- nice guitars, but i wouldnt buy them because they are so widely incorporated with heavy metal :P.

you been playin for 5 years and you dont know what active pickups mean? their powered (usually) by a 9v battery and it give the pickups more power so the guitar sounds better through your amp. the battery is in the back of the guitar by the tremelo springs or it may have its own spot. they last about 3000 hours, then you gotta change the battery(s). im not a fender man cuz their usually associated with punk and i think punk sucks. but whatever. your choice. i have 3 ibanez guitars - one 7string, and 2 6's. anyways.. nice subaru. im gona try to get me one. and come check out my wagon. peace
