Interior
the stereo has been removed(note,three gauges weigh less than head unit :),that way I won't be tempted to pay $1500 to lug around an extra hundred pounds or so(besides,i have a monster stereo in my suburban)
this is my new gauge pod. there's provisions for five gauges there. currently i have a pyro,oil presure, and boost/vaccum gauges in it.

also,complete removal of the A/C system was in order too,in the name of performance,simplicty, and less weight.
here's the genuine suede shifter boot that i sewed up.it turned out really sweet.I'm thinkin' of selling em' if anybody's interested.also,under that shifter boot is a bluasport shortshifter, one of the best mods.maybe one day I'll go all out,remove most of the center console and go full race style shifter,where there's only about two inches of shifter travel :) I also like the passenger footpad and plan to make one of those soon.

this is sort of an interior bit. i moved the battery into the trunk a few years ago, but i finally made a proper bracket so i'd pass tech for my track event.

older updates

well, i got the v8 taillights finally, cut them down 20mm and installed them, looksa nice eh??

i also got my windows tinted by trim and tint in salem,OR, i highly reccomend them as they do excellent work. tell them i sent you, maybe i can get some freebies outta the deal ;)

i've also switched my old clapped out k26 turbo for a much better k24. for comparison, i have a 2bar (14.7 psi) wastegate spring installed in my car, and with the k26 i could barely muster 12psi, with the new k24, i get a full 15psi!! and it spools up like almost
instantly. i was going to go to the track and get a time slip this wednesday, but the strip isn't open then, so i'll be going very soon. i'm hoping for mid 13's as the car is very quick now.

i also got new kumho ecsta supra 712 tires, 215/40/17. pretty good tires for the money, i can explore my cars handling abilities a bit more than before, plus they are safe for them high speed runs i like to make once in a while ;)
