This page is dedicated to the restoration of my 91 Ford Thunderbird. (not that it looked that bad in the first place, but I just can't leave well enough alone.)
This is a picture of my tbird before I did anything to it. It's the one to the far right. The other bird is my little brother's '89 SuperCoupe, and the Jetta is my Girlfriend's car.My siberian husky... Her name is Aspen... Had to throw that in... :DHere's another of my brothers SC... And in the background you can see my '97 Mustang just peeking over the corner... She must be shy...
Just a little side damage that we had to straighten out. It all happened when this guard rail just jumped out at me from nowhere at 70 mph.It came out nicely... almost think that we might be professionals...
This is the driver side after pulling a few minor dents. Notice the NICE Lincoln wheels on the front... Too bad there not staying.
The hood came out good. It was pretty dented up, so we pulled the dents out and smoothed it out with body filler. Also we covered the holes were the bird emblem used to be.... hmmm... Maybe I can use it somewhere on the dash... or maybe I'll glue it to a tool box... decisions, decisions
Spraying The Bird!!!
Finsh Coat... The color doesn't really show to well in these pics. It's actually silver frost. I'll have some pictures of the finished exterior as soon as I get the ground effects and spoiler painted. And I can take some pics of it outside.I this is her... still much more to go... We need to finish the ground effects, rims, and retint the windows.
Here she is finished (well for now!)
