The weekend of November 15/16, 2003, I drove from Seattle to Lincoln, CA to buy my dismantled '56 Bel Air V8 Sport Coupe. I purchased the car from a really nice couple by the name of Terry & Cindy who had bought the disassembled car five months ago. They are such honest, fair and warm people that they invited me, a total stranger, to stay at their home for the weekend while I was there to gather up all the bits and pieces. The gentleman who had taken apart the car and had collected many thousands of dollars of new and refurbished parts, passed away before more substantial work on the car could begin.
Before the sale, Terry took many, many photos (thanks Terry!) for me to look at before I decided to drive to CA with a trailer to pick it up. Here are a few of those photos...

The car is a virtually rust free California car that was originally Crocus Yellow and Laurel Green. It has the factory rear speaker fader switch which I'm told is a rare option.
I will add more in the near future.
I'm so psyched to finally have a '56 Bel Air Sport Coupe as it and the '56 Nomad have been my favorite cars since before I was old enough to drive.
